Scott R. would like to share Yelp reviews with you

Hi Online,

How's it going? Have you heard about Yelp yet? I am addicted to it!

Yelp is the place to find, review and talk about what's great - and not so great - in your neighborhood and beyond, everything from cool restaurants and bars to doctors and yoga instructors.

Where do I Start?

Today is your Day 1.  You have committed to yourself that you will start a fitness program to better yourself and overall lifestyle.  One thing to know before you begin is that you will not be the same after you start this program.  You will  never look at "working out" the same again.  You will shortly realize that all the "working out" you did in the past wasn't really that effective or worth your time.  I do not say with an ego I am simply stating the truth.

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 4 years.  It has been that last year that I have grabbed on to these training methods personally and professionally.  The crazy thing is that I have not seen the results I have seen with my current clients ever since I started training my clients with a program that is constanly varied, with functional movements and done at a high intenisty.

So are you ready?  Let's go!
